Behind his white mask, under his protective outfit, Daryl Homer (b. USA, 1990) makes it seem easy. But you’d never guess how much sweat it takes to swing a saber as elegantly as he does. Homer started fencing at eleven and made it to the Olympic Games at twenty-two. This year he must work extra hard in order to qualify for Rio 2016.
